My mom is an amazing painter and she asked me if I could make her some floating frames. I had never made one before so I was quite confident I could make one. Off course my first resource to how this should be done was YouTube. After watching some HowTo videos, I figured there had to be an easier way to make these frames. That's how I came up with this procedure. It's a very quick and simple way to make floating frames without having to use jigs, complicated joinery or multiple pieces of wood.
