My GE Washer model GTW460ASJ5WW was not draining water or spinning after a cycle. The last load that my wife washed was a comforter and she had it placed unbalanced in the washer. This resulted in the fault code of an unbalanced load. In this video, I show how to check the fault code on your GE washer and identify the code associated with the error. Simple fix was to balance the load and start a new cycle. To easily identify this issue, when you go to start the drain and spin cycle, you will hear a low hum from the washer. This is an indication that either their is an unbalanced load, or some issue with the pump.
