In preparation for our solar panel installation I was on the roof inspecting our seals. I found the cap sealant was old and not holding in spots. I spent the next few hours scraping the old sealant out and replacing it using 3M 4200 white sealant. With the roof cap sealed again we can now properly wash the roof to get it ready for the solar panels.
