The clause at the end is solid. It says:

Contractor will indemnify, defend and hold Company harmless for any liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of or related to Contractor’s breach of this Agreement. Likewise, Company will indemnify, defend, and hold Contractor harmless Contractor for any liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of or related to Company’s breach of this Agreement.

Simple. Mutual. Fair. (And this is just a quick example.)
