Fish Hydrolysate - Fermented Fish Fertilizer
This batch is based on 2 large wild king salmon I caught. The fillets went into the smoker, freezer, and our bellies. The fish carcasses went into a bucket with molasses and water and allowed to ferment with naturally incurring lacto bacteria. It will stink for 13 weeks but then become a wonderful fertilizer for your soil and plants.
