First cold plunge of many
I’m no stranger to cold water. I’ve wanted a set up something like this so I could do cold plunges regularly. Cold plunges are great for the body and mind. I’m excited to get the first one out of the way. I was able to stay in longer than expected. I definitely need more water in the trough before next time.
