Recipe
Ingredients
• 2 Wraps (I use Mission brand)
• 4 slices of American cheese
• Burger pickles
• Ketchup
• American mustard
• White onion diced
• 300g burger mince (pure meat, no filler, 80/20 mix)
Directions
• Squash out the mince on to a nonstick, or oiled cast iron fry pan and fry until browned on both sides – regularly pressing on it to ensure it is a thin as possible.
• Lay your mince over 1 of the wraps, then sprinkle some chopped onion, lay lots of pickles out, add a spiral of mustard and ketchup, then top with the cheese.
• Place the other wrap on top and cook on medium heat either in a grill basket or on a fry pan for 3 min each side (or until the wraps are browned and a bit crispy).
• Slice like a pizza and serve as a snack.
