Fish and Game President Eric Sklar at the April 20th 2023 meeting berates ferret owners for not funding an EIR. We have offered to so multiple times over the past twenty years. We have never received an answer. He told me previously that he would not do a CEQA study because we'd be sued by "The Environmentalists" and ferrets would still not be legal.
