Here you can see that while Louise is still nervous she is sniffing more, eating well, has slightly more relaxed body language, and is happy to accept the thrown treats.

I do several small sessions like this a day, in addition to tossing a treat to her every time I come into the room, so I am a source of interest and food instead of pressure and fear.
