Hey Food Box HQ Family! Today we're unboxing and taste testing Factor Meals (previously called "Factor 75").

We've been using Factor ever since they first launched and, to be honest, they've come a long way over the years. Previously, they used to just be for fitness enthusiasts and those following a low carb diet. Today, Factor has rebranded, been purchased by HelloFresh, and expanded their menu.

Factor offers a range of meal plans including Keto, Calorie Smart, Vegan & Veggie, Protein Plus and Chef’s Choice. You can choose to receive as few as 6 or up to 18 meals per week. Each week, their chefs create a new menu of 35 different meals to choose from. You can either go with their preselected options (based on your plan and food preferences) or switch them up for other options available that week. Additionally, you can add to your box with smoothies, breakfasts, extra proteins, snacks and sides.

All of Factor's meals are delivered fresh, not frozen, so make sure to refrigerate them promptly for safe keeping.

In my opinion, Factor is a game changer for anyone looking to incorporate healthy eating into their life. They've made huge strides over the years, since we first started using them.

I find it to be easy and timesaving, making it great for grabandgo situations or as a healthy lunch option for work. I also love the variety with a changing menu each week. The addons are a great bonus, especially for those following strict diets like Keto you can simply grab and go without having to put much thought into the macros.

Overall, I think Factor is one of the top prepared meal delivery services out there today. Considering Freshly has gone out of business, Factor might be the best value out there.
