Eric and I backpack the Napali Coast, Hawaii with the intention for self reflection, growth and connection. I take my sketchbook with me to journal the details and thoughts that come up during this intimidating hike. The cliff edges on this trail tested my fear of heights and looking at the deepest fear of all.
The Kalalau Trail has some of the most inspiring landscapes, flora, fauna, and bird life.
I get lost in the intimate details that every piece of moss and droplet of water possess. I loved filming on this trail. I hope you enjoy the cinematic quality and deep thoughts from my experience. A little bit of poetry, vulnerable thoughts, deep experiences, bliss and transcendence.
