Our backyard was seriously neglected and had turned into a field of weeds and dust. We spent the summer doing an extreme DIY backyard transformation. After a major renovation, we completely transformed our backyard on a budget into a familyfriendly oasis, which includes a kid's swing set area, new grass and landscaping, an outdoor chalkboard, a gorgeous paver patio with a fire pit, a new wood deck, and a cozy outdoor dining area on our wood deck.
