With ever increasing passenger loads on the express, a new express engine is needed on the NWR. One is aquired, who's called Henry, but Henry is not the the most reliable. And the nabouring railway company is delighted by this, and keep teasing him. Ever so annoyed, Henry needs to do something that'll make the engines of the other railway think again.
