Eggs Are Great For Protein... But You're Doing It Wrong
One single egg contains only 6g of protein. To put this into perspective, if you weigh 150 pounds and you eat 3 meals per day, one egg at breakfast will only provide less than 19% of your needs for that ONE meal and only 6% of your needs for the entire day. So if you’ve been only having 12 eggs at your meal and thinking that your protein needs are covered, they aren’t.

If weight loss is your goal, getting enough protein in is CRUCIAL for body recomposition in other words, losing body fat without losing muscle. Today I’m diving into how to use egg as a protein source even though it’s relatively so low.
