Eggplant Steak | How to make Eggplant (aubergine) Steak

The Eggplant (aubergine) absorbs a lot of oil but it's marinated first so you don't need to put extra oil when you fry.
I marinated for about 45 minutes this time.
Please take your time to cook through on a low heat.
It's tender and melting!
