In this second video about wild greens, we're going to the mountain to see what we can find there. Much of what we will see grows in other environments too, not necessarily only on the mountain, we can even find it in our yard.
In addition to the edible greens, we will see some poisonous as well as others with interesting properties. For all these species I mention the Greek popular names, as well as the scientific names.
Some rules regarding the collection of wild greens are as follows. We do not collect wild greens from possibly contaminated areas (roadsides, fields, etc.), we do not collect plants that we do not know, we do not collect all the plants of the colony, we do not collect "Kartika", yellowed and unhealthy leaves, we do not uproot them, we do not collect more than we need.
