As someone who is passionate about helping others find empowerment in their relationship with food... this was a very important video for me to film!

The road to healing from an ED or even from disordered eating behaviors is filled with ups and downs but it is ALWAYS worth it, and working through food fears is a magical way to take the power away from diet culture and put it back in your own hands!
