Moss Stitch or Linen Stitch is the perfect crochet stitch for blankets. In this video I show you stepbystep instructions for learning this effective stitch.

Moss (or Linen Stitch) is easy to memorise, so it makes the perfect stitch for beginners or for projects where you want to relax.

The stitch is formed using a multiple of 2 chains + 2 chains at the end of each row. The repeat is a single crochet followed by a chain.

In the video, I show a small sample of the stitch and the beginning few rows of my Temperature Blanket for 2024.
