Hot boiling water 1/3 cup
Yeast 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Oil 2 tablespoons

flour: 390 g
hot water: 83 g
warm water : 166 g
Yeast: 6 to 7 g,
Sugar: 12 g,
Salt: 2 g
oil: 28 g
