Easy Homemade Peach Jam (No Pectin)

Ingredients:

1012 Ripe peaches , washed & dried
2 cups sugar
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp cinnamon powder

Method:

Wash & dry the peaches, cut them in half, remove the seed and then dice them into small cubes.

Turn the stove on and add the cubed peaches to a non stick pan or skillet and cook them for 34 mins until soft. Once the peaches start leaving water add the sugar and cook for 56 mins. Once the sugar dissolves add the cinnamon powder, mix well and cook for 20 minutes on medium low heat.

Add the lemon zest and lemon juice and using a potato masher mash the jam to desired consistency. Cook for another 1015 minutes and once the jam starts to thicken, turn the stove off and the jam is ready.
Cool it down completely before transferring to a clean jar and enjoy!
