RECIPES IN THE VIDEO:

Beef Jerky
1 lb lean beef
Olive oil

Preheat oven to 250 degrees
Place wire rack on baking sheet
Slice beef into 1/8" to 1/4" strips
Place in oven and cook for two hours
Flip beef and cook for an additional hour if needed



Zucchini Chips
1 large zucchini
Olive oil

Preheat oven to 225 degrees
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Thinly slice zucchini into rounds
Sandwich rounds between two paper towels to drain water
Place rounds on baking sheet
Using a pastry brush, apply light layer of olive oil over each round
Dehydrate in oven for 2 hours, or until rounds are golden and crispy



Banana Bread Soft Chews
1/2 cup coconut flower
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
2 large eggs
1 mashed banana
1 tbsp coconut oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl
Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl
Mix dry and wet ingredients
Spread on baking sheet, set for 5 mins, score into pieces
Bake for 35 minutes
