*Pre heat oven 350 degrees
all ingredients room temp.
Prepare cake pans with a little butter, parchment paper and dust with coco

In bowl sift:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp coco

In separate bowl (mixer bowl)
2 sticks unsalted butter
2 cups sugar (cream with butter)
4 eggs, add 1 at a time
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp vinegar
add in bowl
alternate 1 cup oil with dry ingredients and 1 cup butter milk
mix well
add 3 tsp red food color mix
( don't over mix cake batter)

in bowl:
about 5 cups of powder sugar
about 1/2 stick of butter
8 oz of cream cheese ( 1 block) or more if you like
2 tsp of vanilla
about 2 tbsp of cold milk
taste frosting adjust to your desire
