Ingredients
Crumble topping
1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter
Wet
1 stick of melted unsalted butter, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of sour cream , 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1/3 cup of milk
Dry ingredients
2 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, the zest of 1 lemon
Once the wet and dry are combined fold in 1 cup of blueberries.
Blueberry compote
1/2 cup of blueberries, 1 tablespoon of sugar, squeeze in a half of lemon
Cook in oven on 400 for 35 minutes or until done
