Ingredients:

FOR THE WONTONS
300g/11oz ground pork
2 stalks scallions, finely chopped
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp Shaoxing rice wine
¼ tsp salt
1 pinch ground white pepper
3 tbsp chicken stock
40 pieces readymade wonton wrappers

FOR THE SOUP
1 liter/4 cups chicken stock
2 heads bok choy
Salt & pepper, to taste
Scallions, finely chopped
Sesame oil, optional
