Easy and delicious curry chicken recipe. It takes less than 30 minutes to make and is a favorite dish in out home. Besides curry and chicken we add pineapple, banana, water chestnut, little baby corns and coconut milk. Sometimes we also add bamboo shoots and sprouts to it. If you are a fan of curry you have to try this recipe!

Recipe:
Curry Chicken

2 chicken breasts
1/2 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 can baby corn
1 small can water chestnut
6 pineapple rings (chopped up)
plus juice of the can
1 banana (mashed)
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
4 teaspoons of curry powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 can coconut milk
1 tablespoon corn starch
1/4 cup water
