It may be that the nutritional value of their meat is underestimated, or a bad experience trying the meat. or the duck egg and it is unknown what a wellraised duck is and prepared on the grill in the oven or cooked in sauce., and perhaps for this reason, as we have mentioned on other occasions, in Colombia we do not have the culture of consuming meat or duck eggs missing out on the consumption of a great animal protein, as well as a great business.
