We setup and review the Dragonhawk Mast Amy wireless tattoo machine and talk you through it's features.

The Dragonhawk Mast Tour Amy wireless tattoo machine is a long, thin penstyle rotary with ergonomic grip and backup RCA connector.

The Mast Tour Amy works with its own wireless battery pack, which has 23 hours of run time from an hour of charge, and features a small screen displaying voltage, battery life and a timer. One large button on the top of the battery pack works as an on/off switch click to turn on and off, or double click for power start mode and the adjustable dial around the screen allows you to make 0.1 V increment voltage adjustments.

When the battery runs out, easily swap out the battery pack for the included RCA connector, and keep working through an external power supply.

The Mast Special Edition Coreless motor keeps vibration and noise to a minimum, and can be used onehanded thanks to the cleverly placed power button and dial.

With just a 23 mm diameter and total length of 138 mm, the Mast Tour Amy sits neatly into the hand and is comfortable for even small hands over long tattoo sessions. It features various sized grooves in the grip to allow for better purchase and control.

Hey all, it’s Jenny here from Killer Ink and today we’re looking at Dragonhawk’s super slim penstyle machine, the Mast Tour Amy!

This slimline machine can be used both wired and wirelessly, comes with a fixed 4 mm stroke that’s perfect for bold lining, and features an innovative onehanded interface.

So, shall we take a closer look?

The Mast Tour Amy comes with its own wireless battery pack which fits neatly onto the machine without adding to the diameter. It has a small screen on the side that displays your voltage, battery life and timer.

Every adjustment you need to make when using the Tour Amy wirelessly is done through one large button which sits on top of the battery pack. You can press the button to turn the power on and off, or double click to start the machine in power start mode, which will give your machine an extra boost when it starts at 10 V or above.

You can change your voltage in 0.1 V increments from 4 to 12 V by turning the button like a dial. Charge your battery by USBC for just an hour to get 23 hours of working time.

Or, use the Amy with your favourite power supply by switching the battery pack for the included RCA connector!

The Mast Tour Amy is built around the Mast Special Edition Coreless Motor, which keeps noise and vibration to a bare minimum. The Amy’s body is made from aerospacegrade aluminium, measuring 138 mm long with the battery pack attached and weighing just 115 grams.

Dragonhawk’s Mast Tour Amy is compatible with all universal, Cheyennetype cartridges, and with the RCA connector attached it can be used with your choice of power supply.
