This video shows Shale at the coronation at the end of the game in DAO. This is only available on the PC version of the game, but it's great to get to talk to Shale one last time and to find out her future plans.

Please note that if you save and load after you reach the coronation, Shale will still be there and will talk to you, but she will be a deformed heap of metal. So make sure you talk to her beforehand if you want her to look right.
