Ramu, a brownfurred stray dog, had become a familiar figure outside the local mortuary. His journey began four months ago when an unknown patient brought him along. The cruel twist of fate revealed itself when the patient departed, leaving behind a faithful friend who didn't fully comprehend the departure.

Vikas Kumar, one of the hospital staff, observed Ramu's devotion daily. "He saw the patient being taken to the mortuary through the front door," explained Vikas. "What the poor dog didn't realize is that bodies are taken out through another door, and that's where he remains, waiting for his owner to return through the door that took his body away."
