This video goes over an exercise for teaching a recall away from distractions. This video is appropriate for both adult dogs as well as puppies. This exercise builds on previous skills: A basic recall, the leash pressure exercise and the attention noise. I suggest first working on those three exercises first with your new puppy or adult dog before then working on this exercise to set your dog up for success.
