Today we’re talking about Autolysis…. what is Autolysis? It is the process where yeast die and essentially explode all of their innards out into a brew. Now this process takes some time but how does it affect a mead? Well today we are testing the effects of autolysis over a year. The recipe I used it below and I hope you enjoy this video!
