In this video I walk you through how I planted garlic in raised beds and mulched it with wood chips, as well as a bed of blueberries, lettuce and kale. It is interesting to see if the mulch keeps weeds down. Paul Gautschi came up with this method, and named it Back to Eden. I like it because the wood chip mulch keeps weeds down and is makes vegetable gardening easy. Does it help or hurt the soil? You'll have to watch and find out.
