This video shares the 5 stretches that I do every day. 90:90 for the hips, couch stretch for tight quads and hip flexors. squat for the general lower body and ankles. hanging for the shoulders and elephant walks for the hamstrings. These aren't the only stretches I do but they're always in the mix!
