Since a lot of you enjoyed the video on lucid dreaming experiences, I thought I'd scour reddit to locate some unnerving experiences of astral projection.

What is astral projection? It's essentially an supposed ability where you intentionally induce an out of body experience via sleep paralysis & other methods. People who've experienced it claim that they detach from their physical body and inhabit an astral body, wherein they can access supernatural abilities, visit various realms and come in contact with a multitude of entities both positive & negative.
