Coowner Lupita Lopez helped launch this restaurant 3 years ago with Jesus Angel and his daughter Tiffany Angel. The Angel family used to run El Camino Real in Toledo. Now, they're serving up authentic dishes in Swanton, where Lupita is fulfilling her husband's dream of owning a restaurant.

Today, Freddy Hernandez showed me how it all comes together in the kitchen. From the Sipo Special Dip, which is a skillet of shrimp, cheese, and pico de gallo, to the Molca Jete, served in a piping hot Aztec pot filled with steak, chicken, shrimp, chorizo, carnitas, onions and bell peppers. We also had Chicken Milanesa, Piña Los Cabos (a half sliced pineapple filled with chicken, shrimp, bell peppers, onions, and melted cheese), and a special eclipse margarita!
