Hey guys! It's possible that I may start doing biweekly updates on my diet so that I can fit other types videos into my schedule. I've still been busy but I'm continuing my diet, although not perfectly. I think as long as you maintain some control over how much you eat and you keep losing weight you can feel like you are doing well. Of course you should try your hardest to follow the diet to get the best results. If you cheat try to make sure it happens infrequently and that it's a small cheat and not a binge. If you fall off the wagon and end up eating too much don't let it set you back. Just consider it one slip up and get right back on the diet.

I talk a bit about Etsy and Youtube in this video. I'm going to keep doing Youtube and Etsy. I need to manage my time better that's for sure. I'm sure I'll get things figured out. Thanks for checking out my video guys!
