Hey everyone! I love cats but unfortunately I have become allergic to them. I don't own a cat right now but hope to in the future. I have had experience caring for cats in the past. I researched some cat breeds for allergy sufferers. I included some details about their personalities. There are many hyper cats on this list. It seems a lot of hypoallergenic cats are more high energy and a bit more needy. No cat is 100% hypoallergenic. Don't commit to a cat until you test out if you will be allergic. Each breed produces different amounts of allergens.

My favorite is the Russian Blue. It's adorable and one of the calmer cats on this list. Hyper cats can be quite a handful. It's also not too noisy. Meowing can be cute but constant meowing can be annoying in my opinion. My next favorite would be the Siberian cat. It's also quite cute.

Make sure when picking a cat that it's personality will fit well into your lifestyle. Always do your research friends!
