A classic, timeless home is about selecting quality pieces and creating a well thought out, curated home.

It’s a focus on individuality, following your path, and creating a home that aligns with you. It comes down to knowing what you really like, your values and sticking to them—not a trend that may last a few years.

When I look up timeless home, I’m met with many images—images of things are don’t feel timeless at all. I think we’re doing it wrong. It’s not about buying that sofa or the lamp someone tells you you should have because they think it’s timeless, but rather it’s more about purchasing the best quality you can afford, in clean lines, bypassing trends, and implementing the art of caring for your home and the things in it.

Even if in a budget, you can still purchase timeless pieces that will last—I also get into how to go about this.

There are rules and principals that should be applied of course. After all, we don’t want all your hard work and money spent to result in a hodgepodge look that you’re unsatisfied with or feels incomplete.

All this being said, I strive to bring you advice that deviates from the crowd—primarily because I believe that in your home, you should first and foremost, create a space that feels like you.
