For this I need tools for removing plastic, like the orange ones from video.
A T20 and a T15 torx screwdriver.
Special material for the ceiling and adhesive for textiles, resistant to temperatures.
1.Ceiling light 6 screws:
4=T20(torx)
2=T15 (under the glasses holder)
2. The driver's sun visor:
2 screws = T20
Passenger sun visor:
2 screws = T20
3. Left front pillar: one T20 screw
Right front pillar: one T20 screw

4. The handles have 2 T20 screws each.

Remove the 4 T20 screws.
Remove the rear ceiling light after lowering the ceiling.
Check that all plugs are removed.
6. Remove the roof from the car. I took him out the front right door.
7. Clean the ceiling with a brush.
8. Place the material and apply glue on both surfaces (material ceiling).
9. Lightly press the material from the center towards the edge.
For the sun visor, do one side and then the other. Do not start with both sides because you risk not gluing it on the curved areas. Do not use glue on a large surface, because it dries and stops sticking. Maximum 15 20cm in length
10. Cut the excess material, but leave 2 cm on the edge to glue it on the other side.
Cut the material with the cutter to be able to mount the handles, ceiling light, etc.
When mounting on the car, use the same steps as when disassembling (headlining, sun visor, handles, pillars, rear part)
