Dealing with self-sabotage

Whether it’s a relationship, our career, or a diet, we all selfsabotage one of our greatest desire at some point of our life, and nothing is more frustrating than that!

Here I go into understanding selfsabotage to stop powering our way to our goals, and move towards them with nothing but inner harmony.
Because in the end, selfsabotage isn't about a lack of willpower, but rather an internal conflict between two parts of ourselves one conscious and another subconscious having differing goals, and it acts as a protective mechanism pulling us back to safety whenever we start wandering too far off.
I share the key to overcoming this resistance, by recognizing our sabotaging patterns and behaviors, getting to know the underlying goals with curiosity and compassion, and offer this part of us what it needs, in order to align both conscious and subconscious goals, and being able to move forward without internal resistance.
