Chicken Taco Soup 1pt per serving WW PLAN

Recipe
1.5 lb raw chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
4 cups chicken broth
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can petite diced tomatoes, drained
1 small can mild green chilis
Season with taco seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste
* Combine all ingredients in a crockpot (68qt capacity), and cook on LOW 68 hours until chicken is cooked through. Shred chicken and return to pot. Serve with shredded cheese, and plain nonfat greek yogurt (or sour cream). Toppings not included in points!
