The Business of Sustainability Initiative at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business hosted the Business of Sustainability Speaker Series event on March 21, 2024, featuring Dan Gabaldon, senior partner at Roland Berger, who coleads the firm's energy and infrastructure activity in the Americas. Safak Yucel, associate professor and associate director of the Business of Sustainability Initiative, moderated the conversation on sustainability and the energy sector.

Dan Gabaldon has over 25 years of experience serving leading companies and investors as well as policymakers globally on strategy and performance improvement programs in the energy sector at Roland Berger, the Boston Consulting Group, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Over the past several years, Gabaldon has focused on energy transition topics, including energy storage, clean hydrogen, transport electrification, and industrial decarbonization. He attended Georgetown’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, Duke University, and the University of Chicago.
