Today we're continuing our look at the long history of the Curtiss P40. Last time we looked at the earlier models, and now we shall look at the later and more numerous variants of the P40. We will also briefly cover its service history, and discuss why this "mediocre" aircraft became so important in the Pacific theatre of WW2.
