A short video on how to culture Paramecium.

Simply boil approximately 1012 whole wheat kernels per 1 litre of water for approximately 15 minutes.
Add to the distilled water along with a small amount of yeast.
Add in the culture.
Cover in a cloth to keep out insects but still allow air to pass through. In a week or so, you should see your water teeming with Paramecium.
