Captured here is Fire Station Number 1 of the Cuban Fire Department (Cuerpo de Bomberos Republica de Cuba) in the capital city of Havana. The fire department in Cuba is run by the Ministry of the Interior (MININT), which is responsible for public order and safety in the country. The firefighters in Havana kindly granted me access to their station and showed me some of their vehicles, including a lights and siren demonstration on their frontline Howo Sinotruk engine! The station shown in this video is considered the busiest in Havana and responds to about 5 or 6 calls a day on average (although the firefighters assured me that the number can be higher on busy days). Special thanks to the firefighters of Havana, Cuba!!
