To easily crochet this beautiful pinafore style baby dress or frock with matching baby shorts smaller or bigger by simply changing your hook size and making it in the exact same way as this tutorial (see below) with same stitch count and number of rows. Dress and diaper cover sizes:
Preemie use a 2mm hook with #3, DK or 8 ply yarn
NB use a 2.5mm hook with #3, DK or 8 ply yarn
03M use a 3mm hook with #3, DK or 8ply yarn
36M use a 3.5mm hook with #3, DK or 8ply yarn
69M use a 4mm hook with #3, DK or 8ply yarn
912M use a 4.5mm hook with #3, DK or 8ply yarn

Materials used:
*Dress= 120g total (80g pink and 40g white) of DK yarn for 36m size
*Diaper cover = 75g total (60g pink and 15g white) of DK yarn for 36m size
*Yarn Used = LaMia Baby Boom DK yarn. You can also use any yarn with similar weight like #3 or 8ply and I recommend using cotton.
*Button size: One 9mm size for back of dress
*Approx. Gauge: 2in = 4 rows of DC / 10 DC across
