3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar

For the stir fry:
1 tablespoon oil
½ onion, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 stalks scallions
