Crispy Chickpeas - Try our high protein alternative to potato chips

1 small tin of chick peas (about 220 g drained weight)
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. sweet paprika powder
1 tsp. smoked paprika powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
Dried chilli to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley

Preheat the oven to 200 °C/400° F. Rinse and drain the chick peas. Mix the chick peas well with the olive oil, cumin, both paprika powders, garlic powder, onion powder and chilli. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for about 30 to 40 minutes until crisp and golden brown. Stir occasionally during baking.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley. Tastes best freshly baked.
