Cranberry Cookies | How to Make Two Kinds of Crispy Cookies

Dough面团:
* 100g Unsalted butter 无盐黄油
* 60g Sugar powder 糖粉 0.5cup
* 20g Egg 鸡蛋如果想要更酥脆鸡蛋可以替换成20g蛋黄If you want the cookie be more crisp, replace the 20g egg with 20g egg yolk
* 150g Cake flour 低筋面粉 1cup+2.5cup
* 50g Almond powder 杏仁粉 1/4cup+3tbsp+2/3tbsp

1. * 188g dough 面团
* 25g Dried cranberry 蔓越莓干

2. * 188g dough 面团
* 25g Dried cranberry 蔓越莓干
* 1/2tbsp Matcha powder
* 5g 抹茶粉

Preheat the Oven 170°C340°F, bake for 20 minutes,
cover Aluminum foil after 5 minutes
烤箱预热170°C340°F烤20分钟,
5分钟的时候加盖铝箔纸
