How To Make Couscous with Ground Meat | Algerian Couscous Recipe| Episode 3

This is an easy and simple couscous recipe with meat and vegetables to enjoy for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

Couscous:
1 cup / 165g couscous
1 cup hot boiled water

Ground meat and Chickpeas:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 pound / 450g ground meat we used turkey
1 cup / 100g boiled chickpeas or canned
100g diced onion
180g diced tomato
2 tsp salt or as per taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp corriander powder
1 tsp cummin powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp paprika powder
4 drop star anise extract
2 tsp ginger & garlic paste
